Pokémon Crystal Coming to Nintendo 3DS on January 26, 2018

Nintendo has announced that Pokémon Crystal will be coming to the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS on January 26, 2018. This is great news as the game has only been released on Gameboy over 17 years ago. When the game launches early next year, it will have a price point of $9.99.

Pokémon Crystal will also be compatible with the Pokémon Bank, a paid service that lets you bring Pokémon from the classic games to the newest games in the series. With the addition of Pokémon Crystal to this service, it is now possible for players to bring Pokémon from all 29 games in the series to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Pokémon Ultra Moon.

Additionally, in the 3DS version of Pokémon Crystal, players will now have the chance to encounter the mythical Pokémon Celebi. The Pokémon will be obtainable in an event after completing the game. In the original Pokémon Crystal game, Celebi could only be obtained by using a special accessory.

Pokémon Crystal is scheduled to release on the Nintendo 3DS on January 26, 2018. The game will launch with a price of $9.99.
